SwanCare Leisure Precinct

Aquatic Developments secured the contract to deliver an indoor 3 lane x 20m hydrotherapy pool for the residents of the SwanCare Bentley Park Campus in Bentley.  Access provisions to AS1428.1-2009 include an extensive ramp, handrails and stairs, a motorized hoist and access ladders. Thermal covers that retract into an in-ground housing assist the heat pump to maintain  comfortable year round water temperature. A UV system provides secondary disinfectant processes, a PLC ensures the entire PWT plant operates at optimum levels.
