Capital Square Hotel – Pools and Water Features

Aquatic Developments Australia were engaged by D&C Corporation with Multiplex Constructions as the managing contractor on the Capital Square Project in the Perth CBD, 2 x 25m infinity edge pools servicing both the new corporate facilities for Woodside Energy and a Luxury Apartment Development. The swimming pools consist of over 800sqm of glass mosaic tiling and incorporate infinity edge spillways to the length of both structures. Extensive Water Features extend across the site including a public access splash pad, a Kimberley stone water wall on Spring Street and 3 x feature bowls within the Woodside Energy rooftop breakout area.
